Mage Alert — Terms of Use

Effective October 2, 2026 · Last updated October 21, 2026

Agreement

By using Mage Alert, on the web or in the iPhone or Android app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Who We Are

Mage Alert is made by Rock2head Ventures LLC, doing business as Talon Forge ("we," "us"). You can reach us at support@talonforge.io.

What Mage Alert Is

Mage Alert is an independent companion tool for Splinterlands players. It is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Splinterlands or Steem Monsters Corp. Splinterlands is a trademark of Steem Monsters Corp.

Who Can Use It

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mage Alert. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, including before buying a subscription.

Alerts Are Best-Effort

Mage Alert reads public game data from Splinterlands, which we don't control and which can change or become unavailable without notice. Alerts can also be delayed or blocked by your device's settings, your connection, or your phone's operating system. We work hard to deliver every alert on time, but we can't guarantee any alert will arrive, arrive on time, or be accurate. You remain responsible for your own in-game deadlines, rewards, and assets. Please don't rely on Mage Alert as your only reminder for anything you can't afford to miss.

Using Mage Alert Fairly

Don't misuse Mage Alert. That includes trying to disrupt or overload it, accessing it through automated means, reverse-engineering it, or using it to break any law or Splinterlands' own rules.

Your Data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how to delete it. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription.

Changes

We may update Mage Alert or these terms. If we make a significant change to the terms, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Mage Alert after a change means you accept it. We may also suspend or discontinue Mage Alert, or any feature of it.

Disclaimers and Limits

Mage Alert is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed rewards, lost in-game assets, or lost tokens. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Mage Alert in the 12 months before the claim.

App Store Purchases

If you downloaded Mage Alert from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and if these terms conflict with it, the EULA controls as to the app license. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the EULA. Apple isn't responsible for Mage Alert or its support.

If you downloaded Mage Alert from Google Play, Google Play's terms apply to the purchase.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
